I have been an ACTIVE member of Ciao for a few months now. Initially I have joined up ah...well over a year ago but I have not understood it well and have favored DooYoo more so I let it sit.
A few months back however I re-visited and it more or less 'clicked' for me!
Ciao is a website which pays its member for writing various reviews. Members get paid half a pence, pence, or two pence per a rating of their review. There is tons of products already on the site which you can review or you can suggest your own. Some categories (techy stuff and just released popular items) are usually paid 2p per rating and others vary.
Each item states (under the name) how much a review will be paid, this is something I didn't realize at first so I kept writing to unpaid topics and then getting angry that the site is being fishy! Ahhh yeah I know, silly me.
Ciao is a UK website and they pay out by transfer into UK bank accounts. The payout is low, only 5 pounds. I have requested my money once so far, I had 17 pounds accumulated and the transfer went through fine.
Now I am at 7 pounds some and will wait till it grows some more. I am still not very active on the site as far as writing goes I mostly rate (not every day) so I am happy with this site!
